The questions before the decision
What about data protection?
Wital Voice is designed GDPR-compliant. Calls are processed only as far as booking and forwarding require, and the AI identifies itself as an AI when asked — as the EU AI Act requires.
Can I keep my existing phone number?
Yes. You either get a dedicated German number, or you forward your existing one. Your guests won't notice a difference.
What happens during an outage?
If the AI can't reach the calendar or an answer, it forwards the call to you instead of leaving the caller hanging. Emergencies always go straight to the owner.
How long am I committed?
The minimum term is 6 months; after that the contract is cancellable monthly.
How does per-minute billing work?
200 call minutes per month are included. Anything beyond is billed transparently per minute — you see every minute in the report.
